ZCASH Electronic Tokens, at the rate of 2 units of UAPN currency each, may be acquired by exchanging a UAPN for the Tokens with the Internet catalogue Club. 

To determine the number of ZCASH to be acquired by a transaction, divide the currency amount of the UAPN to be exchanged (which MUST have been previously issued) and order that number of ZCASH-UAPN which are in blocks of 1,000 ZCASH each..

At check-out, provide the information of the UAPN, including Number, Password, and Page Number in the “Your Notice To Us” section.

UAPN is an acronym for “Uniform Advertising Promissory Note” issued by USPES.

For each ZCASH ELECTRONIC TOKEN acquired as above on behalf of the member making the exchange, two CHIPS Savings Points will be registered by the Internet Catalogue Club. 

When a ZCASH ELECTRONIC TOKEN is exchanged for products or services with any VENDOR Member of the Internet Catalogue Club, two CHIPS Savings Points will be registered on behalf of the MEMBER making the exchange.

ZCASH Electronic Tokens, at the rate of 2 units of UAPN currency each, may be acquired by exchanging an IBOE for the Tokens with the Internet catalogue Club. 

To determine the number of ZCASH to be acquired by a transaction, divide the currency amount of the IBOE to be exchanged (which MUST have been previously issued) and order that number of ZCASH-IBOE which are in blocks of 1,000 ZCASH each.

At check-out, provide the information of the IBOE, including Number, Password, and Page Number in the “Your Notice To Us” section.

IBOE is an acronym for “International Bill of Exchange” issued by DBII.

For each ZCASH ELECTRONIC TOKEN acquired as above on behalf of the member making the exchange, two CHIPS Savings Points will be registered by the Internet Catalogue Club. 

For each ZCASH 1,000 ELECTRONIC TOKENS acquired as above on behalf of the member making the exchange, 2,000 CHIPS Savings Points will be registered by the Internet Catalogue Club; AND, THESE CHIPS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE TRANSFERRED AS PAYMENT FOR THE CREDIT PROVIDED; THAT IS, THE CREDIT WILL BE SELF-LIQUIDATED!
